album art for Spider, designed by Lucas Lex. The candles, book, and spiderweb were modeled by bp iv. everything else was me. we all spent many hours in vc making this perfect.
bp made the models in blender, but for some idiotic reason i decided to actually make the cover in unity. the final product ended up being from a screenshot of the game engine.
spider was orginally going to have a companion game, a walking simulator. this is what the room for spinal tap was looking like before it was scrapped. had fun producing the song with bp iv and ben, tho :)
i really love this shot.
this was one of lucas lex's original sketches of what they wanted the album cover to look like. it's very beautiful to me. i think if i had a smaller ego i'd argue that this is the true cover but i had way too much fun making the other one
